About Minimum order,Shipping,Payment,Delivery ,Packing and other:
1.Minimum order (include samples):
On principle,We don't request our client place a minimum order ,we accept any amount order.But for reduce every tea pot's shipping cost,We think it is better if your order amount is over US$2000.00,the order ' items may be assorted to different list tea pots or other accessories.
2.Shipping way:
(1) Sea shipping:
Generally main shipping way is sea shipping due to the sea freight is cheap,
The ship cost to USA port where those international ports locate West coast or east coast is $180.00 at least to a small order if through sea shipping,
Please note: this shipping cost include also the freight of from Yixing to Shang haiกกport, and the charge of Shanghai customs ,the special export handle fee and the duty.
(2) Air shipping:
To air freight,The air cost will be decided according to the total weight and volume,that Price will be higher than sea shipping.It is better to total weight
is over 50 kgs if by air freight.
(3) Express mail(UPS, DHL,etc):
It may be sent by express mail(UPS,DHL,etc) to a small parcel ,you will receive the goods within 3-4 days after we have received the payment. but the Express mail ' charge will be higher.total weight must be under 30 kgs if by express mail.
(4) China post(mail order):
We can also send the small order to you by China Post(Air or Sea ).The send cost of China post is cheaper than express mail.but it will take longer days than espress mail.(China post time:Air:two weeks; sea:about 50 days).

3.About Samples :
we would like to send you samples by Express mail(UPS),you will receive samples within 2-3 days after we have received the samples's fee and the send fee.Generally we don't hope send samples due to the UPS charge is expensively .
4.About mail order:
If you order only a few of pots(include tea)for own use,they may be mail ordered,the pots will be sent to you by express mail(UPS) or China post,Please note,to samll mail order,all additional bank's charge will be paid by the buyer.

This pretty and solid gift box is very important to promote market and avoid the pots are broken when shipping.so we suggest order gift box when you order tea pot(include tea mug,clay tea canister).(about 100-120 tea pot's gift boxes in one master carton).
The weight of the carton is about 60-70 kgs,the size of the carton is 75cmx65cmx50cm.
the each pot set(1pot,6 cups,6 plates) is put in a gift box .the size is 30x25x12cm,the weight is 2.5 kgs-3.00 kgs per pot set.about 20-25 pot sets in one master carton.
